Uganda Sports News: Uganda Cranes turns guns to Congo Brazzaville

With two world cup 2014 qualifiers games now in history, the national team, the Uganda Cranes has turned their gun barrels towards Congo Brazzaville in the 2013 African cup qualifiers game scheduled for 16th June at Namboole.

The team?s head coach, Bobi Williams has called 24 players to regroup at Namboole to start training ahead the Brazzaville?s second leg game.

The cranes have an uphill task to overturn a 3-1 score of the first leg which was played in Brazzaville in March this year.

Uganda goes into Congo Brazzaville game with some comfort after yesterday?s world cup qualifier game between Liberia and Angola that ended 0-0, leaving Uganda with changes of qualifying for world cup 2014 in Brazil.
