where do all the voucher code websites get codes from these businesses with the discount codes? i have a new dail deals site and I'm thinking of adding some discount codes but ofcourse I want to get paid if the traffic I direct to the site results in a sale. Are they are sourced through some kind of voucher code affiliate network? If so what are the names of these networks?

They are done through affiliate networks, you will need to do your own research to find which network the companies you want to use, are on. Some of the most popular are: commission junction, tradedoubler and clickbank but there are hundreds.
