President Barack Obama came out swinging Tuesday in his second debate against Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.?
The debate is just getting started so it's too early to tell who will come out on top, but so far, Obama has shown himself to be a far more effective debater than he was during his first match-up against Romney earlier this month.?
