Hey there Greenhabbers and glad to spend another great Friday with you here at Greenhabbing101.com!? So what do you think of today?s title of our blog post: Once you figure out your ?Why?, the ?How? will start to take care of itself.? Of course it helps if you take action as well.? Here is what this all means.
So first things first.? We need to figure out WHY you want to be a green real estate investor.? Is it the increased profits on every deal?? Is it the fact that you are detoxifying homes and doing your part to keep our planet healthy?? Or maybe you are a green real estate investor because of all of the above and you just enjoy living a great lifestyle that green real estate investing can provide you.? Find a few more reasons WHY right HERE!!!
Either way, get down to the root of your ?WHY?.? Maybe you are a green real estate investor so your family can have total financial freedom and never have to worry about bills, running out of money, etc.!? This is a pretty strong ?WHY?!? So now that we figured out why you are focusing on becoming a green real estate investor, the how will start to figure itself out.
Once you realize why you are so passionate about doing what you do, you should have no problem actually implementing your actions and creating a great future for yourself and your family.? By keeping your ?WHY? way up on a pedestal, you will never lose sight of the reasons that you are doing this.? You will most definitely encounter some obstacles (big and small) but always remember how much bigger your ?WHY? is and you will be just fine.
So I went a little off the path today and figured I would try to be your YODA for the day haha.? I hope that you really think about why you want to be a green real estate investor and what that would mean to you and your family once you have created financial freedom. Then, start taking action and get educated on green real estate investing basics.? Once again, you are most definitely in the right place for that.? I look forward to your success as much as you do?..but I hope that YOU want it just a little bit more?
